We prioritize sustainability and environmental responsibility in all of our waste management practices. Our team is highly trained and experienced in waste management and we offer custom solutions for our clients' unique needs.
Yes, we offer emergency waste management services to quickly and efficiently manage unexpected waste situations.
1. Deposits are non-refundable once service is reserved and supplies (bins/bags) are delivered. If service is canceled before delivery of supplies, the deposit may be refunded minus a $25 processing fee.
2. Service fees are billed monthly. Refunds are not issued for partial months once service has started. Customers may cancel anytime before the next billing cycle to avoid future changes.
3. Apartment community contracts require a 30-day written cancellation notice. Deposits and setup fees are non-refundable once bins and totes are distributed to residents.
4. We reserve the right to cancel service due to non-payment, repeated violations (improper bagging, Hazardous waste, overweight bins), or unsafe conditions. In such cases, unused prepaid service fees will be refunded on a prorated basis.
